Mizuno: Fall/Winter 2020
The Problem
For over 100 years, the Japanese sports brand Mizuno has been passionate about creating sportswear for athletes. For their next drop infused with new materials, they needed to communicate how each shoe answered to every athlete’s need.
The Solution
In collaboration with Dept + Studio Mals, we created different environments to specify features of each shoe. We simulated lightness and motion with air bubbles, rippled the ground under the exerted grip, and elevated footprints to demonstrate extra boost.
